1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing MemoryStore, creating an account, logging in, installing extensions or plugins, or continuing to use MemoryStore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MemoryStore is a content organization and personal memory infrastructure platform that allows you to:

Save videos, images, links, and text from social media platforms and web sources
Search and query your personal library using AI-powered search and context discovery
Organize, tag, and manage your saved content
Extend functionality through first-party and third-party plugins, custom actions, and automation webhooks
Receive optional recommendations based on your saved-content context

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, API tokens, and personal access tokens (PATs)
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use MemoryStore, its APIs, webhooks, or plugins to:

Store illegal content or content that violates others' rights
Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of third parties
Distribute malware, malicious payloads, or harmful content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload our systems or connected plugin microservices
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service without authorized API credentials
Resell, redistribute, or build unauthorized competing commercial services without written permission
Bypass or attempt to bypass security boundaries, rate limits, or access controls

5. Content Ownership & Storage

You retain ownership of content you save through MemoryStore
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights, licenses, or fair-use grounds to save and process content
We do not claim ownership of your saved content or plugin results
Every plan can connect Google Drive. Supported uploads may be placed in your connected Drive; files may temporarily stage on MemoryStore infrastructure during processing.

6. Subscription & Payments

Free tier includes limited features and usage quotas
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly
Prices may change with 30 days notice
Refunds are handled according to platform policies (App Store, Play Store, or revenuekart)
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

7. Plugins, Integrations & Third-Party Microservices

MemoryStore provides an extensible plugin platform, application directory, and webhook infrastructure that allows users to install, configure, and trigger specialized first-party and third-party automated tools ("Plugins"). By using or developing plugins, you agree to the following terms:

7.1 Independent Third-Party Plugins

While MemoryStore validates endpoint reachability and enforces transport security standards, third-party plugins are independently developed, hosted, and operated by external developers or services. Third-party plugins are NOT operated or controlled by MemoryStore. Your installation and interaction with any third-party plugin are governed directly by that plugin's separate terms and privacy policies. MemoryStore does not endorse or assume liability for third-party plugin availability, uptime, accuracy, or data handling practices.

7.2 Data Transmission & Authorization

When you install, configure, enable, or trigger a plugin (including via UI buttons, comment triggers like "@memorystore", auto-trigger rules, or custom share sheet actions), you explicitly authorize MemoryStore to transmit relevant saved content, URLs, metadata, transcripts, summaries, media pointers, and user configuration parameters (e.g. astrology profile details, custom settings) to the designated plugin endpoint via secure HTTPS webhooks.

7.3 User-Provided API Keys & Third-Party Billing

Certain plugins allow or require you to provide your own third-party API keys (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or external cloud provider credentials). You remain solely responsible for safeguarding your keys, monitoring your third-party billing and usage quotas, and complying with the respective provider's terms of service. MemoryStore is not responsible for any fees, rate limits, or service suspensions incurred on your third-party provider accounts.

7.4 Media Downloader & Archival Plugins (Copyright & Lawful Use)

Certain plugins (such as media downloaders, audio extractors, or video processing tools) facilitate personal offline archiving, transcription, or media backup. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, or statutory fair-use licenses to download, extract, or archive any content using such plugins. You agree not to use plugins to infringe copyright, violate intellectual property laws, circumvent digital rights management (DRM) unlawfully, or breach the terms of service of origin social media or media platforms. MemoryStore and its plugins are intended solely for lawful personal organization, individual study, and research.

7.5 Disclaimer of AI, Astrological & Analytical Output

Outputs produced by plugins (including AI-generated summaries, Vedic Kundli birth charts, planetary transit analyses, match scores, topic categorizations, and automated recommendations) are generated programmatically for personal organization, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They do NOT constitute professional astrological, financial, medical, legal, psychological, or other licensed advice. MemoryStore and plugin creators make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any plugin output.

7.6 Plugin Lifecycle, Availability & Revocation

MemoryStore reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to review, approve, reject, suspend, delist, or permanently revoke any plugin, webhook, personal access token (PAT), or developer integration at any time for security reasons, policy violations, performance degradation, or service discontinuation. We do not guarantee permanent availability or backward compatibility of third-party plugin endpoints.

7.7 Developer & Integration Obligations

Developers who register plugins, deploy webhooks, or interact with MemoryStore APIs must:

Host all webhook endpoints and result viewer pages strictly on secure HTTPS
Verify inbound webhook signatures using cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 over raw request bodies using their assigned plugin secret
Ensure complete database isolation — plugins must never attempt direct database queries or credential harvesting from MemoryStore infrastructure
Sanitize and escape all dynamic user data rendered in result viewer iframes (/view/:result_id) to prevent Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) and injection vulnerabilities
Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations

8. Recommendations, Sponsored Content & Affiliate Links

MemoryStore may use saved URLs, metadata, transcripts, summaries, tags, topic clusters, library activity, and AI-generated analysis to recommend relevant content, tools, products, courses, or services inside the Service.

Some recommendations may be sponsored or contain affiliate links.
If you purchase through an affiliate link, MemoryStore may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Sponsored or affiliate recommendations will be clearly labeled.
Third-party products, services, websites, and offers are controlled by their own providers, not MemoryStore.
Recommendations in finance, health, legal, or similar areas are informational only and are not professional advice.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may perform maintenance with or without notice
Third-party platform changes may affect functionality
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, APIs, or plugin endpoints

10. Limitation of Liability

MemoryStore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Loss of data, content, or plugin results
Service interruptions, downtime, or delayed webhook dispatches
Third-party platform changes, API restrictions, or external service outages
Actions, computations, errors, or data practices of third-party plugin microservices
Costs, billing charges, or quota exhaustion on user-provided third-party API keys
Purchases, claims, results, or losses from third-party recommendations, affiliate links, or sponsored offers
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

11. Termination

You may delete your account and uninstall any plugins at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts, PATs, or integrations that violate these terms
Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
